Sprouse Law, LLC is a boutique law firm based in Summit County, Colorado, with its principal office situated in the Town of Breckenridge.  Founded by attorney Fred Sprouse, the primary focus of the firm’s practice is real estate law (residential and commercial) and business law. The firm also represents several local, vibrant homeowners' associations and non-profit entities.  Although we strive to employ a small town approach in our dealings with the community and our neighbors, we also take pride in being a "mountain-town law firm" that consistently achieves "17th Street results" for our clients.

Our main office is located next to Town Hall in Breckenridge, although we also have a satellite office in Denver (2 blocks from the Capitol dome), helping to ensure that we are accessible, in-person, for clients throughout Colorado.  While most of our clients hail from the Central Rocky Mountains, Mr. Sprouse also has long-term relationships with real estate and business clients from all corners of the United States and around the world in connection with matters involving Colorado law.
