Frederick V. Sprouse

Fred Sprouse was born in Columbus, Indiana, the "Athens of the Prairie."  He was raised in central Wisconsin and graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in both economics and political science. After graduation from UW, and after a brief skiing sabbatical in Aspen, he earned his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law at Boulder, Colorado in 1985.  Mr. Sprouse is admitted to practice law in all Colorado Courts.  Fred and his wife have resided in Summit County, Colorado since 1985.

Prior to forming Sprouse Law, LLC in Breckenridge, Colorado, Fred was a partner in a Summit County, Colorado law firm where he built a successful real estate, business law and construction law practice, with an emphasis on all aspects of real estate and business law. Fred also represents several exclusive homeowners' associations in Colorado, and is well-versed in complex commercial and residential leasing matters.  Mr. Sprouse began the practice of law as a solo practitioner in the Law Office of Frederick V. Sprouse, where his practice primarily focused on real estate, business, and entertainment law.

Fred is presently a member in good standing of the American Bar Association (Real Property, Trust and Estate Section), Colorado Bar Association (Real Estate, Trust and Estate, and Construction Law Sections), the Continental Divide Bar Association, and the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts. Mr. Sprouse is also an accomplished photographer and musician.
